Leadership Team Coaching
Designed to enhance team performance, improve collaboration, and create a shared vision for success. Convea’s approach includes team assessments, trust-building exercises, role clarity discussions, and action-driven strategies for high-performing teams.

Leadership Team sessions usually have a preparation part in which consist of 1:1 video interviews, belief audits and personality and behavioral team assessments. This then follows with a main in person part of 2.5 days starting off with a joint dinner followed by a full immersion day and a closing day focusing on actionable insights. The third part is observing management teams in action and a joint feedback session to reflect on behaviours and behaviour changes.
